Mathias Rossi
Mathias Rossi holds a doctorate from HEC Lausanne and is head of the Social and Public Innovation Institute and professor at the Fribourg University of Management. He teaches organization and human resources. His research topics focus on entrepreneurs and SMEs, occupational health. He has published several articles on senior entrepreneurs, female entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and the health of entrepreneurs, and has participated, as principal applicant or co-applicant, in several Swiss and European research projects (the Institute's core competencies in social and public innovation include : risk management, competency management, reorganization, social entrepreneurship, occupational health, human resources management, satisfaction surveys, program evaluations, quantitative and qualitative analyses, statistical analysis of data, investigation protocols, and applied research in the humanities, proposals and implementations).
